While watching one his gigs, he stated that the earth is billions of years old while talking about Noah and his ark. I began to think…if Noah and his family had to, by hand, go and gather every species of animal, I think that would have been difficult to do. Go and get two komodo dragons, male and female. Male and female cheetahs. Male and female lions, bears, polar bears, moose, flies, dragonflies, spiders, cobras, rattlesnakes, platypus, giraffes, lynx, mountain lion, et cetera. One would have to be certain of a few things; one, that ark would need to be massive, massive on the scale of several football fields long and wide. Two, that these wild animals would have to know exactly where this ark is at if they weren’t gathered. Three, these animals would also refrain from their natural instincts for days, weeks, months, and years to not eat other animals. Four, that these animals would have enough food to eat along with Noah and his family. Five, that the earth would be in one continent mass (Pangea) and not separated by oceans. I agree with Ricky Gervais and I say that there is no god and the bible is a great and fantasized story that certain people have taken to such a degree that they kill. It makes me sad.
